Vicki Easterwood formerly worked for Community HealthCare Connection of Battle Creek. Her advocacy and navigation services help clients figure out what services they need and how to access them. She is an Albion resident who used to work at A.I.M.
These services will continue to address barriers in accessing services and allow AHCA to provide one-on-one support and assistance for residents as they manage their health care needs. She provides enrollment assistance (Medicaid, food stamps), patient advocacy, and referrals.
Vicki works with our many community partners and specialty programs to connect individuals with other resources, such as utility help, assistance with transportation, food, clothing, housing, and prescription needs.
